City of Sanger Zoning, Subdivision, and Sign Ordinance Updates Community Survey

The City of Sanger is considered to be the northern gateway to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Given Sanger’s accessibility and proximity to Fort Worth and Dallas, it attracts residents who want to reside in less dense areas but still offers ease of access to the benefits of a large urban area. It is predicted that significant population and commercial growth will occur in the City and particularly along the I-35 corridor. 

With all of these development pressures and the recently updated 2040 Comprehensive Plan, the City needs ordinances to be updated in line with the community vision.
