2015 RIS CIO of the Year Nomination Form Survey

Welcome to the RIS News 2015 CIO of the Year Nomination process!

The form consists of 13 questions and should take less than 20 minutes to complete. RIS accepts nominations from technology vendors, consultants, retailers and partners. If you have sensitive information included in the nomination form (such as internal metrics) that you would prefer not be published, but which you would like us to consider as part of the application, please note this in the text box where the information appears or where asked to do so specifically in the application. Information not labeled in this way will be considered by RIS’ editors to be publishable.

CIO of the Year – Innovation: Awarded to the CIO that implemented an emerging technology* that drove ROI through top line growth, better customer satisfaction, or bottom line savings. Business benefit is a must.

CIO of the Year – Strategic Impact: Awarded to the CIO that implemented a project that is advancing the company in a new direction, market or channel(s). Business benefit is a must.

CIO of the Year – Customer Engagement: Awarded to the CIO that has implemented a project that significantly enhanced customer engagement with the retailer. Business benefit is a must.
