2019 CIHR Competition Nomination Form

Regarding nominations, we request that you nominate only students whom you consider to be "top 5%" and for whom you would commit to funding for travel/accomodations, regardless of the CIHR selection process. (Note that we submit all nominations for consideration of travel funding and historically CIHR has provided travel funding for approximately 1/3 of nominees. It is essential to our planning process however, that decisions for student participation are not CIHR-selection-dependent.) Please confirm that your nomination is consistent with this expectation below.

After you have completed the form below, please request that your nominated students register on the CSHRF website by March 15, 2019. We will use the students' online registration in connection with decisions for student travel funding.
