Thank you for being part of Social Media and Your Pre-Teen, A Parent Engagement Project. The Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention is proud to be partnering with the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit and Bark Technologies to bring you this program.

This survey will take approximately 8-10 minutes, and once completed you will be linked to Bark’s website to begin your free subscription.
This survey is confidential. Your responses will help us to: 1) better understand how parents communicate with their children about social media usage and 2) to determine what resources parents need to keep their children safer online.
Participants in this initiative can enroll all children in the household between the ages of 10-17. If you have more than one child, you may take the survey more than once.
