Community Health Innovations in Prevention for Seniors (CHIPS)

We are collecting information about community-based innovations, along with existing activities or ongoing programs, that increase the use of clinical preventive services (CPS) (for example, immunizations, cancer screening, tobacco counseling) by older adults (ages 50 and over).
