Photo Ownership & Submission
  • All submitted photographs become the property of Crossroads Credit Union.
  • Submitted materials (including digital files, prints, or storage devices) will not be returned.
  • Submitted photos must be free of watermarks, photographer logos, dates, borders, filters, or any added text or graphics.
  • No black and white photos.
  • Absolutely no AI or stock photos accepted.
Photo Requirements
  • Photos must be taken in horizontal landscape orientation to fit the calendar layout.
  • Only recent, high‑resolution, colour photographs taken within Saskatchewan will be accepted.
  • Each entry may include up to four photos. A caption must be included with each photo submitted.
  • Have more than four photos? Simply submit an additional entry form.
  • We welcome photos from all four seasons across Saskatchewan — winter, spring, summer, and fall.
Prizes & Recognition
Grand Prize – $200: Awarded to the photo chosen for the calendar cover. The winning image will be featured on the cover and published throughout:
  • our printed calendar (distributed across Crossroads Country)
  • our website
  • our social media channels
All other winning photos – $100 each: These photos will also be featured in the calendar and recognized through:
  • our website
  • our social media channels
  • the wide distribution of the printed calendar
Eligibility
  • The contest is open to Crossroads Credit Union members only.

I hereby authorize and grant Crossroads Credit Union the unrestricted, perpetual, royalty‑free right to use, reproduce, crop, edit, enhance, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the submitted photo(s), in whole or in part, in the 2027 Crossroads Credit Union Calendar and in any other print or electronic media, marketing materials, publications, social media platforms, website content, or advertising campaigns, at their sole discretion.

I confirm that I am the rightful owner of the submitted photo(s) and that the images do not infringe on any copyright. I also verify that any individuals who are identifiable in the photo(s) have given their consent for the image(s) to be used for these purposes.

I understand that no monetary compensation will be provided for the use of these photo(s), and I release Crossroads Credit Union and its authorized representatives from any claims related to the use of the image(s).

1. Permission for third‑party partners
Crossroads Credit Union may share the submitted photo(s) with third‑party vendors, contractors, or partners solely for the purpose of producing marketing materials.

2. Parental consent for under‑18 entrants
If the photographer is under 18, a parent or guardian must digitally sign above to grant permission for the submission and use of the photo(s) as outlined above.
