Thank You for Your Participation
Thank you for participating in our Census of Community-Based Environmental Learning in Maine. To thank you for your time, you will be eligible to win some great prizes including gift cards and registration to the 2019 MEEA Annual Conference. In addition, several schools and organizations will be highlighted (after you give permission) as exemplar case studies for Community-Based Environmental Learning in our final report.

Learning from Each Other
We hope that through this census we will be able to better understand exactly what is happening across the state of Maine and support and build a larger movement to improve and advance Community-Based Environmental Learning and its networks.

You may be doing a lot of this type of education or not much at all. We want to learn about where this work is happening- no matter the scale. We also want to understand where it is not happening with an eye toward addressing those gaps.

Confidentiality and Sharing Results
Your answers will be held in strict confidentiality and information about your specific organization's and school's activities WILL NOT be shared beyond our research team or used for any purposes other than to understand the status of Community-Based Environmental Learning in Maine. A final report will be publicly available with the findings of this census and resources for schools and organizations in the Spring of 2019.

Completing the Census

The census should take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to complete. This worksheet includes some of the main information we will request.

While we hope you will complete the census in one sitting, if you need to leave in the middle, you may be able to log back into the census by clicking on the same link in the email and using the same browser and device you are using now.

Please complete this census the best you can! We know it won't capture all of the important work you are doing in this field but we hope it is a good start for advancing Community-Based Environmental Learning in Maine!

Please do not hesitate to email us if you have any problems or questions about the census.
