The Carey School has embarked upon a search for a new Head of School, who will start in July of 2023. Part of what makes Carey great is the community's commitment to excellence and your continued efforts to create an environment that produces joyful and confident learners that are prepared for their next schools and beyond. It is with this in mind that we are requesting your input on a survey about the current state of the school, the challenges it faces, and the professional and personal qualities you feel are important for the next Head of School.

The Board of Trustees has engaged a leading search firm called the Resource Group 175, LLC, and its consultants, John Green and Cathy Hunter, to assist in this process. John and Cathy will be confidentially collecting and compiling all of the survey results.
