SCW Graduate Management Scheme - Is this for me?

Question Title

* 1. As part of the scheme you’ll be placed in a role within the business, with the aim of becoming competent and developing into a higher banding by the end of the Scheme. We’re looking for proactive individuals who are self-starters, who can create networks and who will identify and create learning opportunities to make the most of the Scheme.

That sounds great; I like the idea of driving my own development.

I’m not really sure this is for me; I prefer I longer term approach to development.
