Madison College's Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) and Disability Resource Services (DRS) are trying to assess and get accurate estimates on media usage (video and audio) in Madison College courses.  We are also trying to gauge the extent to which that material is rendered accessible through captioning. This information will be used to provide data to a cross-departmental team (CETL, DRS, and IT) that is looking at solutions for video/media storage, as well as potential captioning services.

Please take a few moments to complete this survey. We expect it to take approximately 8 minutes to complete.

Please respond to questions considering classes you have taught or plan to teach in the 15-16 and 16-17 academic years, reflecting on any media you have already used as well as any you plan to use in your course.

Thank you for taking time to help us learn more about media usage.  Questions about this survey can be directed to cetl@madisoncollege.edu.
