JLARC: Joint Legislative Audit & Review Committee
Tax Preference: Exemptions, exclusions, or deductions from the base of a state tax; a credit against a state tax; a deferral of a state tax; or a preferential state tax rate.
Tax Report: Individual report written by JLARC staff that explains the tax preference, beneficiaries of the preference, savings to beneficiaries and whether its meeting the legislative objective.
