TEMIA Spring Meeting 2018 Nashville, TN, April 2-4. Survey

TEMIA will meet April 2-4 in Nashville TN. The meeting theme is: “Managing in the Age of Disruption”. Speakers will address: What areas are likely to disrupt our market? We will also spotlight ways to profit from disruption and partner with emerging players to increase profits. We are confirming speakers, panels, roundtable discussion topics and more. Most people will arrive Monday, April 2 by 5 PM.

I'm all in for the gathering Monday evening, the Tuesday meeting and dinner, Wednesday meeting and Wednesday afternoon tour elective activity.

I will attend the meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday. (I can't make Monday evening and Wednesday afternoon elective activity.)

2.At the upcoming meeting, TEMIA will have a short video created of meeting highlights, information about the TEMIA Ethics code, Benefits of TEMIA membership and other items to post on the website.

I grant TEMIA and its successor the right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me at the upcoming meeting in Nashville on its website and in publication, promotional or, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me. This also includes the right to combine such recordings of me with other images, recordings, or printed matter.

I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. With this authorization, I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the property of TEMIA and its successors.

I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge TEMIA and its successors, its current and former executive board, agents and officers of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation.

I hereby warrant that I am competent to contract in my own name. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assigns and personal representatives.

3.Please list the names of people from your firm who will attend TEMIA's meeting. Members may send up to four (4) people to one meeting or any combination of four people to TEMIA’s meetings over 12 months. If a company wants to send more than four people, fees will be charged as necessary to cover the costs for additional attendees.
