Leading From Within: A NonProfitConnect Emerging Executive Leadership Program: 2022-23 Survey

Thank you for your interest in Leading From Within. This program was created to develop current nonprofit leaders who are considering becoming Executive Directors as a future career step within the next 5 years. There is a time commitment both in the classroom and in between including time meeting with mentors. Participants are expected to attend all classes. The program consists of nine classes, one per month from 9am-12:30pm. In addition to the in class time, participants will receive approximately 1 hour of work assignment outside of the class and 1 hour per month with a mentor for 6 months.

We will be doing preliminary interviews to select applicants. We will review your application and contact you to schedule an interview. An invoice will be sent after acceptance. Scholarships are available.
