Builders Code Scorecard 

The Builders Code Scorecard is designed to help you measure your policies and procedures against recognized best practices for creating a respectful and inclusive workplace.

It also measures progress towards the goal of 10% women in BC’s construction workforce over the next 10 years and growth in representation of a diverse workforce in your company. By participating, you will be able to evaluate your efforts against these metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Information collected in this Scorecard is treated as confidential by the BC Construction Association and Minerva BC. Your information is managed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Your data will be treated as proprietary to your organization. On an annual basis, Minerva BC will produce a report of the Scorecard data. Results will be shown in aggregate so that individual companies are not identifiable.

The goal is to benchmark current status, highlight progress, and support performance improvement in the sector.
