Thank you for your interest in applying to take part in the Bush Blitz TeachLive Expedition to Groote Eylandt.
Bush Blitz is looking for five passionate, local Northern Territorian teachers to join them on a fully-funded expedition to Groote Eylandt, situated around 50km off the eastern coast of Arnhem Land.
The expedition will run from 19 - 25 June 2021.

Teachers do not need to be experienced or science-trained to participate, just passionate about science, protecting biodiversity, and sharing this passion with their students, colleagues and education networks. Successful applicants will have a unique opportunity to assist scientists in the field, working as field assistants to document the local biodiversity. Teachers will also communicate their experiences live to their students via online blogs and live video calls.

More information about the expedition, eligibility, commitments required, and application process can be found here.
All travel, accommodation and full teacher replacement costs are funded!

Make sure that you submit your completed application by 11.59pm on Sunday 2nd May 2021 to be eligible for consideration.
