Sub Engineer Field Maintenance (Ammonia)

Location: PFL Site, Multan

Education:  DAE Mechanical / B. Tech Mechanical

Experience: 15 years of relevant experience with 7-8 years experience of  Ammonia plant/ fertilizer industry.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise maintenance activities regarding predictive & preventive maintenance of stationary and rotary equipment; Carry out routine corrective maintenance on daily basis; Assist for the development of SOPs.
• Maintain historical record of maintenance data of stationary and rotary equipment of Ammonia Maintenance Plant; Duty and shift roster and delegation of routine and non-routine jobs.
• Give inputs for ATA (Annual Turn Around) Planning and effective execution thereof for plant shut down.
• Ensure compliance to safe work practices for safe, consistent and efficient operations; responsible for safety of personnel and the equipment in line with Company's Safety policy.
• Responsibility for keeping the team motivated. Constructing Technical trainings and practical demonstration.
• Assist area engineer in planning the following years budget based on the preventive plan, spare consumption pattern and reliability improvement plan.
