Alumni Award Recipient Nomination Form
Every year at the Alumni Recognition Ceremony and Reception, the Butler University Alumni Association Board of Directors recognizes select individuals for outstanding service to Butler University, outstanding contributions in a career field, and/or exemplary service to the community.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: November 22, 2016 (Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis. Nominations received by the deadline will be considered for awards recognized the following year. Nominations received after the deadline will be considered the following year. Nominations are considered for two years.)
