Welcome to the Camp Crossroads On-Line Teen Staff Volunteer Application. Teen Staff have a two-part application process. This first part is to tell us about yourself, your training, background and preferences. Once you are accepted as a Teen Staff member, your parents will fill out an on-line registration and health form -- all the legal stuff that's required for a minor to attend Girl Scout camp.

This is Part 1 which we expect to be filled out by the teen candidate.

If there is a * (star) next to a question, that question requires an answer.

At the end of the application you will see a place to "sign" your application and a button that says "Push to Submit Application". If you do not "sign" the application and push this button, we will assume that you did not wish to submit an application and we will delete it.

Before beginning please gather the name, phone number and email address of someone who can serve as a reference. You can not use a parent as a reference.

There's no way to stop and "save" an incomplete application. If you stop before you "submit", you'll have to start again from the beginning.

Spelling, punctuation and capitalization are important!

Please be aware that if we receive too many teen staff applications we may have to hold a lottery for teen staff positions.
