District of Parry Sound Early Years and Child Care Parent/Caregiver Survey |
Overview
The District of Parry Sound Social Services Administration Board (DSSAB) is seeking input to inform Early Years programs and services for young children and their families in our service area. If you are a parent or guardian of a child or children aged birth to 12 years, we are asking you to complete this survey which should take you approximately 10 minutes to complete.
The DSSAB is responsible for the administration and oversight of the Early Learning and Child Care system for the district of Parry Sound. The province requires the DSSAB as service system manager to have a 5-year service system plan in place that is updated every 5 years. The DSSAB is updating the current 5-year plan in 2025, and we welcome your feedback and input to improve the access and delivery of quality early years and child care programs throughout the district.
All personal information provided in this survey will remain confidential. Responses will be rolled up into aggregate data with no identifying information.
