We will prioritize applicants who are available to pack for the rest of the season (through November). However, we understand that applicants have vacations or other commitments and might need to schedule time off from the pack. It is fine if you have to miss a few weeks, as long as you notify us ahead of time as indicated below.

By submitting this application, I am agreeing to the following:
  • I would like to help with packing Angelic Organics CSA shares.
  • I am available from 12:45 pm to 4:15 pm at least one afternoon per week through November (except for the weeks that I have indicated I will be away, or unless I have signed up to help pack for three afternoons or less for the whole season.)
  • I understand that sometimes the pack may run past 4:15 pm, although the farm doesn't anticipate this happening often.
  • I understand that I will be placing one or two vegetables or herbs into the CSA boxes as they come down the conveyor line, and that some bending and reaching is required.
  • I understand that starting in 2019 Angelic Organics will customize each vegetable box according to the preferences of each farm share member and that I will pack each box according to the packing label on each box.
  • If needed, I am also willing to help prepare for the pack and to clean up after the pack, within the 3.5 hr time frame of my shift.
  • I understand that temperature conditions will vary from hot to cold over the course of the season.
  • I will wear weather appropriate clothes and I will not wear open toed footwear.
  • I will bring a water bottle.
  • I am 14 or older.
  • I will adhere to the quality and efficiency standards that are relayed by my supervisor.
  • I will notify the pack volunteer coordinator at least a day in advance if I am unable to arrive for my shift at the scheduled time.
  • I will receive a box of vegetables in exchange for myself and an additional box of vegetables for each family member who helps to pack.

* 11. I am physically fit to participate in activities at the farm. I may be exposed to, for example, but not limited to: insects; wildlife; farm animals; inclement weather; extreme temperatures; heavy machinery and sharp tools. I understand that there are no medical services available on site, and I give the farm permission to authorize emergency medical treatment for me. I release the farm and its officers, owners, employees and agents, from liability for any injury or damage that might extend from such emergency medical treatment.
