NEW Nomination process for PAL and ELP. Nominations due by April 21, 2024.

Nominate faculty and staff employees with the highest levels of leadership performance and potential below. We will work with the Provost's office to announce the cohorts prior to summer break. Both PAL and ELP are 50/50 faculty and staff.

Qualifications:
  • PAL staff nominations consist of Manager (M3, M4) and Director and Executive (E0, E1) job levels.
  • PAL faculty nominations will be evaluated by the Provost’s Office for placement, typically professor, chair, academic program leader and above.
  • ELP staff nominations consist of Professional (P3-P4) and Manager (M0, M1, M2) job levels.
  • ELP faculty nominations will be evaluated by the Provost’s Office for placement.
Prerequisites:
  • Faculty and staff supervisors of staff: LEAD required (have started LEAD prior to Aug. 16, 2024).
  • Faculty and staff supervisors and non-supervisors: Managing High Performing Teams and Effective Communication Certificate Programs preferred.
