Our Vision
Since our founding over 30 years ago, BioGro has always been focused on certifying farming and manufacturing practices that we believe are the best environmental, sustainable and ethical approaches to production. Organic certification has been the way we have implemented and supported these practices.
Organics and sustainability is a trend that has been quietly gathering steam over the last few years. Attitudes amongst New Zealanders are changing for the positive. The organic industry is shifting and moving, and BioGro wants to grow with it.
From 2015 onwards, BioGro’s long-term vision is to enable a sustainable and ethical future for producers and consumers.
We plan to build this vision through evaluating and improving our current certification services, as well as determining what new programmes could be adopted that will help you and your business. We want to grow New Zealand’s organic industry and we believe you can help us meet this goal.
