Grant Process

Thank you for applying to receive funding from the United Way of Whitman County. The 2020 funding cycle is July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.  This is the funding questionnaire and must be filled out and included with the other grant documents. There is a place at the end of the application where you can upload your supporting documents. 
 

Please complete this questionnaire and upload the following documents no later than midnight, June 10, 2020 to director@whitmanunited.org:

1. Funding Report, if UWWC funded in 2019
2. Verification of annual audit
3. Verification of most recent 990 filings, or financial review
4. Verification of current 501c3 certification
5. Names and titles of current Board of Directors
6. Signed Whistleblower and Anti-Terrorism Agreement

           
If your application is accepted, you will be scheduled to meet with members of the United Way of Whitman County Board of Directors, provide a 10-minute presentation on the ways your agency directly impact the health, education, and financial stability of Whitman County residents you serve.  Your presentation will be followed by a 5-minute question and answer period.  Handouts are welcome; a PowerPoint presentation is not needed.
