Introduction
Thank you for participating in this survey for the State of Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs (ODVA). ODVA wants to learn how it can help Oregon women veterans better access and use health care and mental health care services. This is simply an opportunity for you to share with us about your experiences, problems, needs, or challenges with the VA as a woman veteran seeking care or services.
