
Open Comment Period: Home Care Employee Safety |
The survey is broken into three main parts.
- Complete the mandatory preliminary questions in the beginning.
- For each comment, please indicate the document's starting and ending line numbers. This helps us attach your comment to the correct line within the document.
- Then a few questions about general comments on the overall document.
Anonymous comments will not be accepted. When submitting comments, you must provide your name, title, place of employment, and email address.
In addition, if you are reviewing the statement for an organization, you will be asked to provide the name of a staff contact and that person's contact information.
