5. If I am selected to receive a travel award, I will comply with all specifications and terms of use articulated in the award guidelines.


Successful applicants and their institution will indemnify the Lung Health Foundation from all actions, claims, suits, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, charges, costs or expenses (including legal fees) which may be imposed upon or incurred by or asserted against the Lung Health Foundation by reason of or arising out of the funding of this travel award.
