Key Points About the Survey
- The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
- If you have questions about this survey effort, contact jglidden@capstonepub.com.
- The choice to complete the survey is fully yours. You may discontinue answering questions at any time. You may skip any question you do not wish to answer.
- We will ask for information that will allow us to analyze the school demographics of our respondents. However data will be reported in aggregated form; if individual quotations are reported, they will be unattributed in terms of school or district name (however city, state, and grade level, plus key school demographics, could be shared).
All complete responses will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card. The drawing will be held August 1, 2024.
