CWA Industry Practices Survey |
1. Introduction
The CWA is in the process of revising the Industry Practices: A Sourcebook for the Operation of Manufactured Climbing Walls. As part of this process we are collecting information regarding the range of current practices in the manufactured wall industry. This survey should take approximately 30-40 minutes to complete.
We will not use the information collected from your survey for anything other than revision of the Industry Practices. We will not ask for personally identifiable information about you except where you specifically provide this information on a voluntary basis within the survey. Any other material you provide us will be held in confidence. We will make every effort to ensure that whatever information you provide will be maintained in a secure environment.
Any proposed revisions of the Industry Practices will be posted on the CWA web site for public review and comment prior to publication.
