Brandon Hall Group’s new research initiative, Creating an Employee-Centric Culture, begins with the understanding that the world of employees is complex and organizations are taking many steps to keep up with the complexity. To provide the optimal employee experience, organizations should focus on the mental, emotional, physical and financial well-being of their employees, inspire them to grow and create the right work/life balance. Leveraging technology is a critical success factor.

Step one: Organizations must align their culture to the importance of these five areas (mental health, emotional needs, physical health, financial well-being and work/life balance). Step two: Organizations also need to re-evaluate how technology can support these five areas.

This survey is designed to understand the strategies and tactics organizations will use  to create an employee-centric culture that maximizes employee retention and drives improved business outcomes..
