This application is to Insight Exchange about the use of specific Arts Lab Collection images for a specific purpose.

Artworks in the Arts Lab Collection/s have been developed by collaborating Artist/s and are informed by the participants who shared their voices of insight. 

Each image is an original work and protected by copyright. Images can be viewed but not downloaded from the website and cannot be repurposed or sold. 

If you wish to use the artworks in a specific project or presentation you need to complete this application form for permission.

To value the work, contributions and ownership of this work your application must include:
  • agreement to the terms and conditions listed
  • an outline who the request is from
  • what the specific project is 
If permission to use the images is approved by Insight Exchange you will be provided with the specific images directly. 

Any use of the images outside this specific purpose and agreement will be a breach of copyright.

  2. If permission is granted, the images will be supplied directly from the Insight Exchange Team, they are not to be created as screen shots from the website.
  3. Use of the approved images supplied cannot be cropped, altered, repurposed, sold or used for other purposes beyond this specific project.
  4. Use of the images must give full credit to Insight Exchange and the named Artist
  5. Use of the images is not approved for use in projects that involve fees or commercial profit.
