Issue:
Bedtime is becoming a bad dream before I even close my eyes. That’s because I have trouble falling and staying asleep. Sometimes I lay in bed for more than an hour tossing and turning. Then I wake up at least twice at night. In the morning, I’m exhausted. I wish I could sleep like I did when I was a teenager! What steps do you take to sleep better?
