EXCELSIA ALUMNI SURVEYS

Dear Excelsia Alumnus,

In 2023 Excelsia celebrates its 40th Year. As part of these celebrations, we welcome you to participate in the following two surveys for the chance to win a $500 Amazon gift card.

Make sure to complete both Excelsia Alumni Survey 1 (where responses are recorded anonymously) and Excelsia Alumni Survey 2 to be eligible to enter the draw to win a $500 Amazon gift card!!

To be eligible to win:

1. You must have completed at least one short course or degree at Excelsia.

2. You must have completed the two surveys identified above.

Note: All survey respondents who meet item 1 and 2 above will go into a draw. The winner will be announced on 7 June 2023. The winner will be notified by email and phone.
