The questionnaire is intended for COMPANIES that are interested in joining the AddiMold Consortium, fund its activity and own its results.
It does not constitute a formal commitment to participate (a Consortium Agreement will have to be signed later), but just a tool to tune the project to actual needs.
Contact data are necessary to EPMA to establish a mailing list for the project, but correlation to questionnaire responses will not be passed to project proposing institutes (Fraunhofer IFAM and IKTS) unless you give your explicit consent (see final question). So the questionnaire will be essentially anonymous.
Please refer to the project description for the technical explanation of the project concept, and its expected activities and goals.
Before building the project consortium with interested parties, an open workshop will be held to discuss the anonymous analysis of the questionnaire. In this, the feedstock, the final scope, and the work packages will be adjusted following the specific demands of the industrial consortium.
