Welcome to the 2019 KSA Survey
Knowledge of each others Knowledge, Skills and Abilities will result in enhanced mission outcomes. The following survey collects information that will populate a personnel database available for ADEQ staff to use as a resource for technical assistance and information sharing. The survey is divided into three sections (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) and may take about 30 minutes to complete. To help reduce completion time, please read all instructions carefully. The survey may time-out if more than five minutes is spent on a single page with non-activity, so please complete the entire survey in one sitting to avoid rework. Also note that your answers are saved up to the page where the survey times out, if this happens.
