Pre-register!  Save time and you could win a prize!

Thank you for pre-registering for the AORS 2023 Municipal Public Works Trade Show, in Strathroy on June 7 and 8. 
You can register up to 11 people in each registration session (a contact person plus up to 10 others).  The contact person can be someone who is or is not attending the show, but who can verify information if required.  
If you have more than 10 or 11 people to register, you can initiate multiple sessions and use the same or a different contact person for each session. 
Visitor badges will be ready for pickup at the registration desk, reducing waiting time for everyone.  
It costs nothing to pre-register, so please pre-register even if you're not sure you or your colleagues will attend.  
Pre-registered delegates (visitors and volunteers only) will receive an entry for the door prizes to be drawn at the show.  
(To enter the daily door prize draws, each individual must be pre-registered, attend the Trade Show, pick up their name badge and entry form, and deposit the completed entry form into the ballot box.  The individual does not have to be present at the time of the draw.)   If you are registering colleagues in addition to yourself, please be sure to inform them that they have been pre-registered so they know to pick up their pre-made badge.
