Invitations are open to Awards Network members, Awards Aware schools representatives and community-based youth organisations that provide youth awards or are interested in getting started.

CLD Review: Kate Still will provide a presentation and discussion on the independent review of CLD, with a chance to formulate a collective response.

Education Reform: Joan Mackay and Nicola Crawford from Education Scotland's Curriculum Innovation team will explore the next steps for integrating youth awards as part of Scotland's Curriculum and young people's personal pathway. This follows on directly from last year's discussion with Dr Louise Hayward on the Independent Review of Qualifications and Assessment.

Innovation: Derek Hawthorne and Graeme Wallace from the personal e-profile team will run a design workshop on incorporating youth awards.

Thematic Awards: There will be thematic groups and case studies on the following:

  • Nature based awards
  • Adventure and Leadership based awards
  • Industry, Enterprise, STEM and Employability based awards
  • Rights and Equalities based awards

This is an opportunity to share stories with awards pioneers and innovators, discover ways to start new and extend the reach of existing awards; raise their quality and support young people to follow their dreams and passions.
