Your story may also be used for a further awareness campaign; however, you will not be identified and your anonymity will be assured. We are capturing your personal details in case we need to contact you for an interview. We will treat all details in strict accordance with GDPR and delete any contact details after this project is complete. Your name and personal contact details will not be shared with the Department of Health or the HSE.
