Alpha Chi Omega shapes the future through the powerful, transformative and everlasting connections of real, strong women. The National Alumna Initiate Program (NAIP) extends our membership experience to real, strong women in our communities who identify with the mission and values of Alpha Chi Omega and care about our philanthropic initiatives.

Each candidate must be sponsored by a collegiate chapter, alumnae chapter or group of at least three alumnae in good standing. Candidates should not already be members of another National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) or National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) sorority.
