Lead Presenter Information

AHP is seeking educational proposals that reflect sound adult learning principles and exemplify the best thinking in the field of health care philanthropy, informed by theory, research and practice. AHP recommends all presenters review the Request for Proposals before beginning the submission process.

The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, February 11, 2022.

* 3. Biography. Please provide a short biography (limit 150 words) in paragraph format that describes the lead presenter's philanthropy experience and expertise as it relates to the subject of this proposal.
Note: Biographical information will not be included in the peer review, which is anonymous.

* 4. Has the lead presenter presented at the AHP Annual International Conference before? (Note: AHP and the conference committee seek to create a diverse mix of new and returning presenters. Submissions from first-time presenters are encouraged.)

* 5. Please describe any past teaching, presentation, and/or speaking experience, either with AHP or another organization, and any feedback the lead presenter may have received.

* 7. To continue, please review the following AHP presenter policies prior to submitting your session description:
  1. AHP does not pay for travel expenses or speaking fees.
  2. AHP asks that you register for the conference if you are planning on attending other parts of the conference beyond your own session.
  3. AHP requires that your presentation and materials be your own original work or that you have obtained any necessary copyright permissions.
  4. AHP requires that if you are an industry partner that you co-present with a development professional. (Note: This policy does not apply to Express Talks.)
  5. AHP does not allow commercial bias in conference sessions. Sales pitches or self promotion should be avoided. Participants should be able to replicate what they learn in a session without the content author's assistance.
