The Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) greatly appreciates your interest in becoming an Affiliate Member. A board or authority that is not otherwise eligible for FSMB membership may become an Affiliate Member if the entity licenses either:
1) Allopathic or osteopathic physicians or physician assistants in the United States; or
2) Allopathic or osteopathic physicians if the board or authority is located in another country.
