Professional Development Course Offerings

Workforce Readiness (PD Hours: 4)
Many adult learners lack life skills that have both handicapped them from connecting with employers and caused them to miss opportunities. This workshop will blend soft and hard skill tools, career readiness, and workforce development to help our students become successful. Workshop participants will receive free materials, curriculum, and creative lesson plans. In addition, teachers will learn how to build better relationships with local job centers and other government agencies.

The online registration period ends one week prior to each training. To register after that time, please email ael@dese.mo.gov.
