Thank you in advance for completing ADP’s Civic Engagement Awards Survey.

This brief survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey provides an opportunity to acknowledge ADP campuses, faculty, staff, and students who were recognized with regional, state, or national awards for their dedication to civic engagement over the past year.

ADP will recognize recipients of awards during our ADP Organizing Meeting on Thursday, June 8th from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at the 2017 Civic Learning and Democratic Engagement Meeting in Baltimore, Md.

Please provide as much detail as possible about the awards, include URLs and email any other materials that might be helpful to adp@aascu.org.
