Dear GMEAS Member (Residency Program Coordinators only): After informing your current pathology Chief Resident(s) that the AAPath has created a listserv for pathology Chief Residents and that you will be subscribing them, please provide their contact information below. We understand the wide variability of the timing of appointments, onboarding, and service as a Chief Resident among all pathology residency programs, so please note the Chief Resident(s) submitted will be removed a year from the end date indicated on the below survey.

Feel free to subscribe as many Chiefs (incoming/outgoing) as you would like to have on their listserv. This form allows you to submit up to four individuals, with the first indicated on this survey page and subsequent on the next page. If you have more than four Chief Residents you would like to submit, please resubmit the form with the remaining individual(s). Please note, we are seeking email addresses that are associated with Chief Residents so that profiles can be created within our database system.
