1. Only existing Sodexo Meal cardholders can refer employees who do not have Sodexo Meal Card as on Jun 30, 2019
2. Your referral would be considered successful only when the referred employee opts for Sodexo Meal Card through your company portal after you have filled up this form.
3. You can refer as many employees as possible. However, only 10 successful referrals would be considered for reward. In case, an employee is being referred by multiple colleagues, only the first referral request will be considered.
4. The referral reward would be disbursed (on or before July 15) only after your company has placed the order for Sodexo Meal Card for colleagues you have referred.
5. Referral reward will be given in the form of assured Sodexo Virtual Gift card. You will receive an email notification from Sodexo. For each successful referral, ₹ 500/- will be added to the gift card
