5% of survey complete.
A variety of healthcare industry representatives across WA State have provided input on the skills and competencies needed for members of their staff to take on new care coordination/patient navigation roles and functions. This survey asks you to respond to those previously collected skill/competencies and to connect them to any roles performing patient navigation/coordination duties at your organization. The survey is designed to help with curriculum and program planning in three specific ways:
  • to better understand which existing non-licensed staff job titles/roles are (or will be) engaging in coordination/patient navigation functions at your organizations
  • to better understand which, if any, “emerging” job titles/roles your organization may be adopting to undertake this work
  • to better understand which care coordination/patient navigation skills and competencies are relevant, and at what depth, across different roles at your organization

We recognize that this is an extremely complex landscape and greatly appreciate your time and attention completing this survey. Your input will help bring clarity to this growing area of need in healthcare workforce training.

Throughout the survey, just skip any sections that you cannot answer or that are irrelevant for your organization.
