The Mental Health Professionals’ Network (MHPN) and the National Heart Foundation of Australia are working together to promote the opportunity to establish local collaborative interdisciplinary networks across Australia with a focus on coronary heart disease and mental health.
MHPN currently supports over 400 networks that provide a forum for practitioners to connect, build relationships and improve referral pathways. MHPN provides administrative support, funding and access to tools and resources to support networks to meet.
