Since the 2015 transition to having health care linen processed by K-Bro Linen Systems, we have been surveying our customers to help us better understand where we are successful, and where we need to focus improvement efforts. The feedback obtained from surveys has played a key role in the improvements made to linen services over the last few years, and will continue to play a key role in future improvements.
Survey results are reported quarterly, as we monitor the satisfaction of our customers over time.
