This survey has six questions.

Questions 1 and 2 allow you to comment on the policy reasons to abolish or retain adverse possession.

Question 3 asks if you think adverse possession should be abolished. Question 4 allows you to provide your reasons for abolishing or retaining adverse possession.

Questions 5 and 6 ask your opinion on further changes to the law that ALRI thinks should happen if adverse possession is abolished.
The survey ends with some optional demographic questions to help us understand who is participating in the survey. We do not ask for any identifying information.
