Intro and About You

Hello Wonderful Being! Thank you so much for your interest in the Creative Strategies for Change Community Leadership Cohort!

Friday, April 30, the Spring 2021 Facilitator Workshop will launch a 6 month cohort rooted in collective care for racial equity and mental wellness. The initial 20 hour workshop dives deep into the CSC 3 facilitation model integrating arts engagement, restorative practices, and social justice. The Cohort will begin in a virtual format, via zoom, in June we will shift to hybrid in person and virtual formats, as public health precautions allow.

After the workshop, participants will continue to connect and collaborate each week through a series of opportunities with the CSC Team and some extraordinary community partners. These gatherings will take place weekday afternoons and/ or evenings.

In addition to weekly sessions, Cohort participants will have monthly meetings with a CSC facilitator to support their racial equity and mental health journey through accountability, mentorship, coaching, empathy, networking, and other needs that may arise in the process. This will require a commitment of about 10 hours / month.

The 2021 Community Leadership Cohort (CLC) will culminate with a celebration in early November. Connections will continue to be nurtured through ongoing CSC programs including monthly Alumni gatherings.

Participation is paramount as we curate the Community Leadership Cohort. We ask that cohort members commit to the entire 6 months, and attend all sessions, beginning with the Facilitator Workshop Dates:
