Communities in rural Alaska are faced with many unique and complex environmental issues. Building community strength to identify and solve problems is a powerful process that can lead to a healthier and more sustainable community. The 7 Generations training is an interactive workshop that introduces participants to a community-based approach for developing local environmental plans, introduces common environmental issues that can affect health, and incorporates solution-based discussions.
This workshop will take place via Zoom Tuesday, April 26 – Friday, April 29, 2022. The ability to connect to Zoom video and audio is highly recommended for best training experience.
